Yes exactly this, this are the "lazy harder difficult" we can see in many games, for SH don't want to create a proper challenge for players.Īt least some SH add different loot, this not change the difficult, but at least you have a reason to play this "harder gamemodes". Nothing change from the normal mode except hp and damage. There isn't an harder difficult, there isn't something gameplay changing, the enemies are doing the same attacks and pattern, they aren't more hard to beat, you know how they move and attack. Need more grind(you need to be properly leveled) and you need more time(you need to pay more attention). You litterally confirmed what i'm saying. ![]() Like JackBaldy said, it's sounds like it will attract more players who thought game was too easy in normal and want a better challenge or just for what they call "hardcore gamers". I keep going only for the level up right now but kinda disapointed there is no more than just "challenge yourself to a higher level". I just want to get what I don't have yet and level up. Like you said, i'm just doing the same things but it's taking more time which is logic but not really worth it for me. For now in hard mode, I think i'm doing good, got some trouble there in there but always got through my trouble solo. ![]() Maybe doing it in Coop would help idk.Īdd to this lack of changes, seems to be limited only to the basic raise hp/damage and a little more enemies. I see :/ I love trying higher difficulty when I really like a game but when this comes with higher bonuses like better loot, xp, other things unique to this mode to keep me motivated. And in this mode you can try out any and every equipment plus any trait rank without feeling like you're trivializing the difficulty level. What I'm trying to get at is that at the high end of things, the ratio of the damage you deal and the damage that is dealt to you is just right (Generally speaking) for those looking for a greater challenge in this game. The same can't be said about the Hard difficulty which is easily something players can out-level and this pretty much removes any level of real danger involved when facing enemies. Nightmare will always be dangerous, regardless of character level. This adds a layer of danger that is not really found in the other modes (Especially not in Normal) and something that you can't really out-level. However, you will still take an immense amount of damage. If you're properly leveled for Nightmare for example, you'll be doing a rather fine amount of damage. As someone who's played on Nightmare and enjoys playing on Nightmare, the game plays rather differently in that difficulty. Seems the classic "more difficult mode" where you must only grind more and need more time to do the same things. To manage and equip an amulet, open the Character Menu and cycle to the accessories slot below the Armor slots.Originally posted by DyD&Marina:Add to this lacks, seems to be limited only to the basic raise hp/damage and a little more enemies.Nightmare Spiral is an Account Bind item, this means that it can be used across on all your characters (this includes New Characters and Already created ones in both normal and hardcore difficulty).Nightmare Spiral can only be obtained in Hardcore Mode by defeating Dreamer / Nightmare. The only option was to keep moving forward. I felt that if I stopped for one second to take a breath, I'd die. Different accessories have different defense values and are, therefore, more or less effective. Nightmare Spiral is an Account Bind item only obtainable in Hardcore Mode. Amulets provide additional protection or other bonuses to your character, add buffs to the player's Stats, and resistance to Status Ailments. Nightmare Spiral is an Amulet and an accessory in Remnant: From the Ashes. Consumable Healing Effectiveness is reduced by 95%. Ranged hits steal 6% of base damage dealt as Health.
